After your initial consultation appointment, you will have the opportunity to meet with our financial department to discuss your insurance policies and financial options.  We pride ourselves on providing you with affordable, high-quality treatment that is budget friendly!  We want to make sure that finances are not an obstacle that will keep you from proceeding with orthodontic treatment!

There are several different payment options available to you to help accommodate your needs. We will work with you and try to customize a plan that works best for you including spreading out the cost over time. This option makes orthodontics surprisingly affordable.  If you have any questions or suggestions about financing or payment, please don’t hesitate to ask us! It is our mission to help you achieve a beautiful orthodontic result and a smile that will last you a lifetime!

We accept most major insurances.  Although insurance policies vary, they are a nice benefit to you. They can be very confusing but we will assist you in verifying your benefits. We will then explain and review your coverage with you and how we can apply any benefits you may have.  Once treatment has begun, we would be happy to file claims for services on your behalf.

To help us with your insurance filing, please be sure to provide us with the most updated insurance information and complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
